How to Cancel Your Order

If you wish to cancel an order that has recently been placed, please follow these simple steps:

• Navigate to the Track Order section using the link in the footer.
• Enter your Order ID and Phone Number.
• If your order is still in the "Pending" or "Processing" state, a 'Cancel Order' button will be visible.
• Click the button, select a reason for cancellation, and submit.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your order was prepaid using HDFC SmartGateway, UPI, or Credit Card, your refund will be processed immediately upon cancellation.

• Processing Time: It typically takes 3 to 5 business days for the amount to reflect in your original payment source.
• No Fees: Adixus does not charge any cancellation fees for orders canceled before dispatch.

What if my order is already shipped?

If the order has already left our facility, we cannot cancel it mid-transit. In this scenario, you can either refuse the delivery when the courier attempts to deliver it, or accept the package and initiate a return request via our Returns Policy page.
